New EITO Partner
Egyptian association ITEC joined the EITO project
ITEC, the Egyptian association for the IT industry, is new official partner of the EITO project. ITEC is our first partner association outside of Europe and from now on our local marketing partner for Egypt. Moreover the association brings its expertise about the Egyptian and Arabian ICT markets into the EITO Task Force.

CeBIT 2009
Successful tradefair in Hanover, Germany
Just like in 2008, this year's CeBIT tradefair was once again an extremely good place for EITO to meet numerous clients, partners and sponsors at one place in a short time. With its information desk located at the BITKOM e.V. booth, existing and potential customers were able to inform about latest trends in the European ICT markets in times of the economic crisis, but also about recent developments of the EITO platform itself. Besides this they were also able to buy EITO reports with a special CeBIT discount.

In cooperation with enterpriser GmbH, the Strascheg Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the European Business School (EBS), International University Schloss Reichartshausen (Oestrich-Winkel) and BITKOM e.V. we have just added the special survey "Markterfolg durch Innovation: IT-Dienstleister in Deutschland" to our portfolio.

New EITO Partner
Egyptian association ITEC joined the EITO project

ITEC

 

ITEC, the Egyptian association for the IT industry, is new official partner of the EITO project. ITEC is our first partner association outside of Europe and from now on our local marketing partner for Egypt. Moreover the association brings its expertise about the Egyptian and Arabian ICT markets into the EITO Task Force.


ITEC is a non-profit, non-governmental Egyptian organization, which has 88 member companies as well as individuals focusing on IT exports and international business relation IT exports from Egypt. All combined, ITEC members have over 0.4 billion dollars of business volume, of which 50% is generated in international markets. With a total employment of around 15,000 IT and business professionals ITEC is one of the largest collaborative IT communities in the world.

CeBIT 2009
Successful tradefair in Hanover, Germany

Just like in 2008, this year's CeBIT tradefair was once again an extremely good place for EITO to meet numerous clients, partners and sponsors at one place in a short time. With its information desk located at the BITKOM e.V. booth, existing and potential customers were able to inform about latest trends in the European ICT markets in times of the economic crisis, but also about recent developments of the EITO platform itself. Besides this they were also able to buy EITO reports with a special CeBIT discount.

Many delegations from ICT associations around the globe visited the booth, including representatives from countries as far from Germany as Brasil, India and Japan. Many of them have signed an agreement to join the EITO partnership program directly on the tradefair. Others are now working to get the cooperation on its way.

First study about the German IT services market is now available

  In cooperation with enterpriser GmbH, the Strascheg Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the European Business School (EBS), International University Schloss Reichartshausen (Oestrich-Winkel) and BITKOM e.V. we have just added the special survey "Markterfolg durch Innovation: IT-Dienstleister in Deutschland" to our portfolio.

The key goals of the study were:
  • Exploring the state of service innovation of German IT service providers
  • Discovering options for action to improve service innovation for service providers
  • Identification of overall operation fieldss for the IT service industry of Germany to strenghten their position as innovators in the global market

The new report is only available in German language for 1180 Euro.
